No one project is the same. Every person has different ideas and requirements, and we pride ourselves on listening to these so we can complete your work quickly and exceed your expectations. 

Regardless of whether your project is 3 days or 30 weeks, once you get in touch this is what you can expect:

  1. We’ll visit your property or building, and provide free recommendations on your designs, plans, and proposed work.
  2. Immediately after this visit you’ll receive a free and approximate cost estimate for the works.
  3. If you’re happy with this estimate we’ll then provide you with a full and accurate breakdown of costs. This breakdown costs £95, but is taken off your final bill if you go ahead with F&M Renovations.

Once you say the word ‘go’:

  1. We’ll create a full project plan and schedule for you to review. 
  2. Your team of experts will then be appointed and begin work. 
  3. Throughout the process a Project Manager will monitor the implementation of the project plan to ensure everything is running on schedule.
  4. When the works are complete they’ll undergo a final quality control check to ensure everything is in order.
